Waterfront Living, Reimagined
Positioned directly on the marina, this landscape was designed to blur the line between home and holiday. From the moment you arrive, there’s an immediate sense of calm and escape in an outdoor setting shaped entirely around waterfront living.
Pavilion-finished concrete wraps organically around the pool, its soft architectural curves carefully ground back to reveal natural stone beneath. The material palette echoes the home's form and language, creating a seamless dialogue between architecture and landscape.
Palms sourced from the north introduce a relaxed coastal tone, reinforcing the feeling of being permanently on holiday. Expansive alfresco zones flow naturally from the home, offering generous spaces for long lunches, sunset drinks and relaxed family gatherings. A custom fire pit anchors the entertaining area, extending the use of the outdoor spaces well into the evening and across the cooler months.
At the heart of this project is Supreme Green’s commitment to designing for real life. Every element has been thoughtfully considered to support the family’s day-to-day routines; from slow mornings by the water, to afternoons spent outdoors, and evenings dedicated to entertaining friends and family.
The curves of the landscape mirror the home’s architecture, reinforcing a cohesive visual rhythm throughout the property. Custom stainless steel grates integrate seamlessly around the pool, ensuring functionality never compromises the refined aesthetic. Each outdoor zone has a clear purpose, carefully balancing relaxed family living with spaces designed for hosting.
As planting continues to establish, layers of greenery will soften both the lower and upper levels of the home. From inside, the landscape becomes part of the view, strengthening the indoor–outdoor connection and creating a sense of immersion in nature.
Above, rooftop gardens will gradually mature and cascade over the home, becoming one of the project’s defining features. Layered foliage and soft white blooms will frame the architecture, enhancing the sense of arrival and reinforcing the relationship between built form and landscape.
Over time, these elevated gardens will add depth, softness and seasonal change; proof that great landscapes are designed not just for the day they’re completed, but for the years that follow.
